About the Graduate Program

AgriProve is looking for two energetic, curious and proactive individuals to join our Graduate Program in 2024.

AgriProve is committed to developing new graduates in the soil carbon area, where agriculture, the environment and climate change intersect. Our twelve-month Graduate Program consists of four experiential rotations across the major sectors of our business being:

1. Growth

2. Operations

3. Innovation

4. Technology

Each rotation will last 12 weeks and will cover the key functional roles of that business area.

During each rotation, you will work directly with the leader and experts within that area to gain insights into the core elements of that part of the business and how they contribute to the achievement of AgriProve’s objectives. In addition, over the year each graduate will undertake their own ‘Capstone Thesis’ on a topic chosen for its interest to them and value to the business. They will be mentored during their capstone process by one of the organisation’s leaders or experts.

These experiences provide graduates with the opportunity to expand both their technical and professional knowledge and skills through practical experience within an innovative new area of the agriculture sector.

This is a full time position. AgriProve has team members across the country so location is flexible. There will be some domestic travel involved, particularly to our Head Office in Albury.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environment or Science (recently graduated or completed in 2023).

  • Ideally, have some agricultural or environmental experience, either via growing up on a farm or during holiday roles, part-time jobs or internships during your study.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well with a diversity of people within a team environment.

  • You are a self-starter, learn quickly, have an eye for detail but also want to grapple with the big strategic issues.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly growing and changing environment.

  • You are passionate about addressing climate change.
